Donington Co-op
Minster acquired the land and obtained planning consent for a 10,000 sq ft convenience store in November 2020. The store was built by Burmor Construction and is leased by Central England Co-op. The building includes space for another small business which is currently leased by an independent fish and chip shop. The facility, which was opened by pupils from the local primary school in July 2022, serves the local people of Donington and the surrounding area with good access on the edge of the village, and from the adjacent A52
